PROJECT STORY

When the pandemic stranded this Brooklyn family in a ski-season rental, they dug in. The former owner, who’d  built the house himself, was happy to sell to folks who would care for it. We worked to create a new mudroom, back deck, outdoor living room, and eventually a garage with living space above it. It boasts one of the best views from any of our projects.
